Discogs lists three singles for Palestinian singer Ibitsam Hilmi; one from 1972 and two (including this one) from 1967. 

Both 1967 singles include songs by Zaher Abel Hamid, an Egyptian composer married to Alexandrian singer Samah. The B side of this single features Ibitsam's rendition of a rather rollicking Syrian folk song (unattributed).
